NOTICE OF ELECTION CONCERNING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. R--3
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County
RESOLVES THAT:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held
ire proposed County Service Area No. R_3 an Tuesday, dune �4 , 1968,
as to whether County Service Area No. R-3 should be established.
to provide local park and recreation services . The territory
of proposed County Service Area No. R-3 is described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein.
The Clerk of this Board is hereby directed to give
notice of said election by publishing this notice pursuant to
Government Code Section 6061 in the Lafayette Sun ', a newspaper
of general circulation in the area of proposed County Service
Area No . R-3. Publication shall be complete at least ten days
prior to June 4, 1968.
The Clerk is further directed to cause copies of this
Resolution to be posted in at .least three public places in the
proosed County Service Area at least ten days prior to June 4 ,
PASSED & ADOPTED on April 9 , 1968, by this Board.
