RESOLUTION NO. 68/222 WHEREAS the county has indicated its willingness to supply certain requested services to local public Jurisdictions at cost; and WHMMAS the county has entered into contractual service arrange- ments with se moral Jurisdictions; and WHEREAS the present Joint Exerciser of Powers Agreement.-Police Protection Services with. the City of Pleasant Hill requires the city to notify the county annually as to the desired level of law enforcement for the forth- coming fiscal year, and this the city has done; and WHEREAS the counter is then required to fix, by resolution, the wait coat and total, annual, cost of police services as requested by the city for each fiscal year; and WSiEREAS the Office of the County .Auditor-Controller has computed annual unit costs for fiscal year 1968-1969 per police deputy ($18,692), patrol vehicle ($9,417), and investigation personnel ($21.,790); NOW, THEWORE, BE IT RESOLVED that for the level of service requested by the City of Pleasant Hill for fiscal. year 1963-1969 (12 patrolmen, 3 patrol vehicles, and 1--1/4 investigation personnel) the total annual cast will be $279,793.00. vote: PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1968, by the following ALES: Supervisors James P.
