for the Relocation of Water Line )
Valves in Walnut Ave . (County Road. } (S.& H.C . §960. 4)

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
On march 19, 1968 the County of Contra Costa did by this
Board approve plans and specifications for the widening; of Walnut
Avenue at Wiget Lane , which plans among other things require the
relocation of a portion of water lines and above turnout valves
belonging to the United States Bureau of Reclamation;
This Board of Supervisors does hereby FIND, ORDER AND
DETERMINE as follows :
1. Said relocation within the County road be undertaken
in accordance with approved plans and agreement with the United States
Bureau of Reclamation
2. Contra Costa County shall provide to THE UNITED ;STATES
OF AMERICA, the present owner of said water pipe line and facilities ,
the necessary easements for the required relocation.
3. Conveyance by Grant of Easement for the portion in the
County Road shall be executed on behalf of said County by the Chairman
of this Board, pursuant to Section 960.4 of the Streets and Highways
Code, and delivered to grantee therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on ?'March 26, 1968 by this Board.
