Court Action No. 102581 and RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
Partial Release of Lien MUTUAL DISMISSAL AND
Against Vernon Rasmussen PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa. County RESOLVES THAT:
Vernon Rasmussen executed a reimbursement agreement and
notice of .lien .in favor of Contra Costa County which was recorded
on January 16, 1963 in the office of the County Recorder .in Volume
4283 of Offi.ci.al Records, at page 105; and.
There is now pending, Superior Court Quiet Title Action.
No . 102581 entitled Dorothy Johnson v. Carl. S. Brown, et al. in.voly-
ink certain real property subject to the said lien, and
The parties being desirous of settling the said action by
the payment to Contra Costa County of $300 and the giving by Contra
Costa County of a partial release of the said lien covering the
subject real property, which is described as follows:
All, that certain real property in the City of Richmond,
County of Contra Costa, State of California described
as follows : All of Lots 17 and 18 and the west 12 .5
feet (front and rear measurements) of Lot 19, Block 10,
as shown on the map entitled "Map of Andrade Home
Tract, Contra Costa County, California, " filed on
April 5, 1910 in the office of the County Recorder
of said county in book 2 of Maps, at page 50.
The Lien Committee has considered said settlement and. Part;i.n.3-.
release and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, the County of Contra. Costa, the owner and
holder of said reimbursement agreement and notice of lien above-
mentioned, does hereby authorize the District Attorney to execute
RESOLUTION NO . 68/163

a Mutual Dismissal of Action No . 102581, and deliver a partial
release of said lien, upon condition that said mutual dismissal. be
executed by Plaintiff in Action No. 102581 and filed and that $:300
be paid. to the County of Contra Costa; and it is ordered that the
Chairman of the Board siggn the documents necessary to constitute
and effectuate such partial release.
