C. 352017 , 35208, and Sheldon. School Sites) ) 35209) RESOLUTION ANNEXING TERRITORY TO CITY OF RICHMOND The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT. On Tuesday , March 12, 1968, the Board held a hearing on the proposed annexation of the territory described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein, to the City of Richmond. Notice of said hearing was duly given in the manner required by law and this Board at the hearing heard the testimony and protests of all interested persons or taxpayers for or against the annexations . This Board hereby APPROVES the annexation of the territory described. in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto, to the City of Richmond, and directs the Clerk of this Board to transmit certified copies of this resolution to the Secretary of State and the City of Richmond. PASSED AND ADOPTED on March 12 , 1968 , by a majority vote of this Board.
