WHEREAS the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works , Division of Highways, has presented. an agreement
entitled "Supplemental Freeway Agreement" which concerns State
Highway Route 680 within the County of Contra Costa between 0.1
mile south of Willow Pass Road and Willow Paas Road., and.
WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors has heard read. said
agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Contra Costa that said agreement be and the same
is hereby APPROVED and the Chairman and the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors are DIRECTED to sign the same on behalf of the County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1968 by the
following vote of the Board:
AYES: Supervisors James P. Kenny, James E. Moriarty,
Alfred M. Dias.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Supervisors Thomas John Coll , Edmund A. Linscheid .

of Contra Costa County RESOLUTION NO. 68/106
WHEREAS$ the County Assessor having filed with this Board
requests for correction of erroneous assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 1967 - 68
It has been ascertained from papers in the assessor's office
that property belonging on the local roll has escaped assessment;
and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation Code, Section
531, escaped assessments should be added to the unsecured roll as
follows :
