WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors has heard read. said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa that said agreement be and the same is hereby APPROVED and the Chairman and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors are DIRECTED to sign the same on behalf of the County. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1968 by the following vote of the Board: AYES: Supervisors James P. Kenny, James E. Moriarty, Alfred M. Dias. NOES: None.
