NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is authorized to correct the following assessments: For the Fiscal Year 1967 - 68 It has been ascertained that the assessee willfully con- cealed, failed to disclose, removed, transferred, or misrepre- sented tangible personal property to evade taxation which resulted in an assessment lower than that otherwise required by law; there- fore, in accordance with Sections 502 and 532 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, the following assessments should be added to the roll, together with 25 percent penalty in accordance with Section 504, plus interest pursuant to Sec. 506: LeRoy J.
