in the Matter of Supplementary
Resolution for Condemnation of CONDEMNATION
Real Property Required for RESOLUTION NO . 68/ 80
Realignment of Bear Creek Road. I
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, State of California,
by vote of two-thirds or more of its members, RESOLVES THAT:
This Board, by Condemnation Resolution No . 2053, duly and
regularly adopted on June 25, 1963, authorized the condemnation by
the County of Contra Costa, acting through the District Attorney
of said county, of certain property and interests in property in
Contra Costa County for a public Improvement, namely a county road,
including the property and interests described in said Resolution
No. 2053 as Parcel 2 .
It is now found necessary to revise the description of saUl
Parcel 2 in order to correctly describe the area of the county 's
requirements .
It is no longer necessary to acquire in fee the 21.324 acres
as originally determined; only 19.341 acres will be needed.
NOW, THERETO RE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by this Board
that said Resolution No . 2053 adopted June 25, 1963 be and it is
hereby amended by changing the description of Parcel 2 set forth
in Appendix "A" which by this reference is incorporated herein.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that each and all the provisions of
said Resolution No . 2053 shall apply to the description of said
Parcel 2 and except .as herein amended, the said Resolution No . 2053,
is continued in full force and effect .

A portion of Tract #2 of the Rancho Boca de la Canada del
Pinole, as said tract is described in the Decree of Final Partition.,
recorded in Volume 4 of Judgments, at page 110, in the office of
the County Recorder of Contra Costa County, described as follows:

as "Point A" in Parcel 4-First above; thence, from said point of
commencement, leaving said north line, north 32° 51' 34" west (the
bearing north 320 51' 34" west being taken for the purpose of this
description), 22,21 feet to the true point of beginning; thence,
from said true point of beginning, north 320 51' 34" west 124.17
feet; thence north 160 17' 51" west 104.34 -feet to the south line
of the parcel of land described as 'Parcel Two" in the Lis Pendens,
