The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a written petition has been
filed with this Board by the City of Richmond requesting the
annexation of the contiguous uninhabited territory described in
the petition to the City of Richmond. At 10:00 a.m. , Tuesday ,
February 27 , 1968, in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors ,
County Adminittration Building, Martinez, California, the Board of
Supervisors will conduct a public hearing upon the petition and
proposed annexation to the City of :Richmond of the territory
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incor-
porated herein.
At the hearing the testimony of all interested persons
or taxpayers will be heard for or against the annexation of the
territory as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to the City
of Richmond. At the conclusion of the hearing the Board by
resolution may order the said territory annexed to the City.
The Clerk of this Board is hereby directed to give notice
of said proposed annexation by publishing a copy of this resolution
in the "Independent" , a newspaper of general circulation, for five
(5) consecutive days if a daily newspaper, or two (2) consecutive
weeks if a weekly newspaper.

Linscheid, Thomas John Coll, Alfred M. Dias
NOES: Supervisors - None.
