Rich, Albert & Ruth) Puccinelli, and Albert & Iva ) Kahl ) ) WHEREAS; it appears from the records of this Board, that the Contra Costa County Building Inspector acting as the "Enforcement Agency" pursuant to the provisions of Sections 17014 at seq., of Title VIII of the California Admin- istrative Code, hewing determined that the building located at 11 Canyon Lake Rd., Part Costa , and more particularly described as Lot ll, Block 2, map of Torun of Port Costa, filed December 19 1883, Contra Costa County records, is unfit for human habitation or occupancy, and is therefore a public nuisance, and said Building Inspector having posted said property with Not ce to Abaft Nuisance and having notified the owner (s) of said property that it is unfit for human habitation or occupancy, in the manner provided by law as appears more particularly from the declaration of the Building Inspector on file herein; and WHEREAS, the said building has not been repaired or removed as re- quired by said Notice to Abate Nuisance; and WHEREAS, said Building Inspector thereafter posted said property with Jbjj&=9 which Notice specified the time and place of the hear- ing before this Board for the owners of said property to show cause why the building thereon should not be condemned as a public nuisance, and the Build- ing Inspector having notified the owners of said property of said hearing in the manner provided by lawn, as appears more particularly from the declaration of the #I4 2-65; 400 (Third Notice) 3-D-954 RESOL��JION X O. 68/56 Building Inspector on file herein; and WHEREAS, the matter having coma on for hearing by this Board on Tuesday, January 300 1958, at 10330 A.M. as provided in the Notice herein- above mentioned; and WHEREAS, the owner of said property having appeared and having re- quested additional time within which to correct deficiencies of the said building and to abate the nuisance thereof, and the Board having considered the matter BE IT BY THE BOARD RE50LVED, that the hearing on this matter is con- tinued to Tuesday, April 30, 1958 at lOsOO A.M. at which time a progress report shall be presented to the Board. PASSED AND ADOPTED on January 30, 1968, by the following votes AYESs James P. Kenny, James E. Moriarty, Thomas J. Coll, Edmund A. Linscheid, Alfred M.
