Harry and Sue E. ) SUBORDINATION OF LIEN, Harry and Authorizing Partial } PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN Release of Lien. ) AND RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SAME The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: John W. Harry and Sue E. Harry executed areimbursement agreement and notice of lien in favor of Contra Costa County which was recorded on October 26, 1962, in the office of the County Recorder in Volume 4231 of Official Records , at page 104; and John W. Harry and Sue E. Harry now desire to have said lien released as to certain real property and made subordinate and subject to a note and deed of trust executed by them in favor of Bank of America, N.T.& S.A. , in the sum of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Forty Nine and 34/100 Dollars ($20,549.34) ; and John W. Harry and Sue E. Harry desire the partial. release and subordination to enable them to sell their present home and to purchase another home. The Lien Committee has considered said partial release and subordination and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, the County of Contra Costa, the owner and holder of said reimbursement agreement and notice of lien above- mentioned, dues hereby authorize a partial release thereof and does subordinate the same to the deed of trust above-mentioned as it relates to the property described therein upon the condition that any joint tenancy interests in the subject real property be severed as to the interests of the County, and it is ordered that the Chairman of the Board sign the documents necessary to constitute and effectuate such partial release and subordination. PASSED AND ADOPTED on January 23 _, 1968 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors - James P. Kenny, James E. Moriarty, Thomas John Coll, Edmund A. Lins the id, Alfred X. Dias. NOES: Supervisors - None. Harry executed a Reimbursement Agreement and Notice of Lien in favor of Contra Costa County, California, which was duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder on October 26, 1962, in Volume 4231 of Official Records at page 101; and John W. Harry and Sue E. Harry now desire to sell a portion of the property affected by the said lien and to acquire additional property; and The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, California, has by Resolution No. 68/36 of January 2 _, 1968, authorized and directed the within Partial Release of Lien. NOW, THEREFORE, the County of Contra Costa, California, the owner and holder of said Reimbursement Agreement and Notice of Lien, does hereby release from the operation of said lien the property described as follows : That parcel of land in the City of Richmond, County of Contra Costa, State of California, described as follows: Parcel One: Lots 11 and 12 in Block 164 as shown on the map entitled "Malls Addition to the City of Richmond being a portion of Lot 59 of the final partition of the San Pablo Rancho, Contra Costa County, California" , filed on March 22, 1909 in the office of the County Recorder of said county in book 2 of Maps at page 30. Parcel Two: A non-exclusive easement for community driveway purposes as granted by Ray Walters, et ux. to Harold M.
