Certain Persons.
WHEREAS instrument dated December 5, 1967, which provides
that for valuable considerations had and received by the County of
Centra Costa, any and all liens created by virtue of reimbursement
agreements and notices of liens executed by the following persons
or granting of aid and assistance to said persons are hereby satis-
fied, and all real and personal property of said persons is released
from the said liens and said referred to reimbursement agreements
are cancelled and the agency created is hereby terminated, is
presented to this Board, to Witt

NOTW, TREREFORE, IT IS BY 'THE BOARD RESOLVED that said
instrument be and the same is hereby APPROVED and the Chairman of
this Board is authorized to execute said instrument on behalf of
the County of Contra Costa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 1967, by
