The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAN:
By Resolution No . adapted on 0--t-ober ger ?4, 1.967 , this
Board proposed to annex the territory descr e Jn x A
(attached hereto) to the above-captioned County Service Area for
furnishing; therein the above-named services, and fixed 10 A.M. on
Tuesday, b - �. a 7 , as the time for a public hearing on
this annexa ;,dn . o iee of said hearin was duly given pursuant to
Government Code Sees . 25210.82, 25210,1. , and 6061, as appears by
affidavit of publication on file with the Clerk of this Huard; at
which time and place any protests made were passed upon by this Board .
This Board now ,Finds and Determines that all of the services
described in said Resolution of Intention to Annex are ',extended count:
services; and this Board hereby 0rders the said territory to be
annexed to said County Service Area, for the provision therein of the
said services .

5 Beginning at the northwestern corner of said Tract 3263; thence .North.

7 to the most northern corner thereof, being a point on the eastern line of
8 Broadmoor Drive; thence Southerly along the eastern boundary of Broadmoor
