For the Fiscal Year 196.1 - 196 It has been ascertained from the assessment roll, and. from papers in the assessor's office what was intended and what should have been .assessed; and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and, Taxation Coda, Section 4.631, the following defects in d escri.p tion. €nd./or form and clerical error of the assessor on the roll should he corrected.; and, further, pursuant to Section 4033,' any uncol.- le-cted delinquent penalty, cost, redemption penalty, interest, or redemption fee heretofore or hereafter attached because of such error or because of the assessor's inability to complete valid pro- cedures initiated prior to the delinquency date, should he cancelled: In Cede Area 12029, Parcel No. 153-104-01.3 is erroneously assessed to E. J. MoGah, due to clerical error. Title to this prop- erty rop-.erty was transferred on June 14, 1966, to the City of Pleasant Dill. This assessment should be corrected to show the assesses; as the City of Pleasant Hill and to read "nontaxable .'' In Code Area 79175, Parcel No. !"9-060-008, Davi B. Henderson is erroneously assessed, with Land vales of 06,1!50 150 duce to error in property description. The description on this assessment should be corrected to read "Govt Ranch :dor Lot 2 6.85 Acl and the Banda value corrected to read $14,740, with no change in the Improvement value of 12,200, making a, total value of 126,,940. :In Cade Area. 79175, Parcel No, 159-060-009, David. :B. and Leo T. Henderson, are erroneously assessed with land value of $3,400 due to error in property description. Description on this assessment should he corrected to read.
