WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Beard requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the :district Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 196-7- 196_
It was been ascertained fro-m the assessment roll and from
papers in the assessor's oafice what was intended and -Tmha.t should
have teen assessed; and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue ue and
Taxation: Cods, Section 4631, the following defects in description
and/or form and clerical error of the assessor on the roll should
be corrected; and, further, pursuant to Section 4833, any uncollected
delinquent penalty, cost, redemption penalty, :interest, or redemption
fee heretofore or hereafter attached because of sucherror or because
of the assessor's inability to coT:ple to valid procedures initiated
prior to the delinquency date, should be cancelled:
