WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
to°r correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the District Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the fallowing assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 1967- - 196-8
It has been ascertained fror� the assessment roll and from
papers in the assessor's office what was intended and -ldiat should
have been assessed= and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and
Ta.xation Code, Section. 4831, the following defects in description
arid/or fora and clerical error of the assessor on the roll should
be corrected.; and., further, pursuant to Sections 531. and 532, such
property as escaped assessment due to such error should, be entered.

portion of uncollected tax., penalty, or coasts, heretofore or here-
after levied due to sueh error ars; erroneous and illegal, and should.

State of California, is erroneous inasmuch as the property described
thereon is nontaxable. This assessment should be corrected to read.
Nontaxable, and taxes thereon should be cancelled..
in Code Area. 2025, Parcel, No, 148-321-0020 assessed to
Chester 0. Hook, et al. , is erroneously entered in Code Area. 2025.
This assessment should be corrected to appear in Cade' Area. 79082.
In Code Area 8001., Parcel leo. 549-204-035, Jon 0. and
Edith E. Weston, are erroneously assessed with land value only due
to clerical error of omission of entry for assessment of Improvements.
This assessment should be corrected to add Improvement value of
,740, along a total assessment of WAssessee has waived
equalization hearing.

tion, is erroneous in that property is described as RO San Ramon
68.97 ac EX MR. This description should be corrected to read; "RO
San Ramon 66.97 acres." There is no change in value.
In Code Area 9007, 'Parcel No. 14.-050-007, assessed to tta
Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland, is erroneous due to a posti ng error.
The assessed values should be corrected to read: Lana. $23,000;
Improvements .6,250; Total $69,2"C, with exer�tptiozx in the amount
of $58s400 as presently shown., making a net taxable value of $10,850.
A.ssessee has been informed of this correction.
Ira Cade 111rea 11003, Parcel, No. 412-102-020t assessed to `Phomas
R. and Doris E. :dower, and described as Rivers Andrade, Por Lots 5 & 6,
Block b, is erroneous inasmuch as the property described under this
Parcel is also included in Parcel No. 412-102-021. Therefore, this
parcel sh.ou.ld be deleted and taxes thereon cancelled in accordance
with Section 4986 (1.) (a) of the Revenue and Taxation. Cads as tares
have been .levied more than once on this property.
In Code Area 53009, Parcel No. 37-110-012, Italo A. and
Elena M. Canepa are erroneously overassessed with personal property
in the amount of $800 due to error in description of property on
assessee;s property statement. This assessment should be corrected
to read. Personal Property x$750. There is no change in land or
improvement value.
In Code area. 66035, Parcel No. 207-021-006, Thomas W. and
Gloria R. Ohlson, 81.2 Camino Ramon, Danville, Calif. ,' are erroneously
assessed with land value only due to clerical error of post3.ng improve-
ment value belonging thereon to the wrong property record. 'Ibis
assessment should be corrected to ado. Improvement Vale of �9950,
making a total, assessed value of §1lL.200. A.ssessee has waived equal-
ization hearing.
In Cods area 660359, Parcel. No, 207-021-010, Bert A. and
Rase M. Bertolerop are erroneously assessed with. limprlovement Value of
34070 due to clerical error in posting i.mprovemeni value for
another parcel to the property record for this parcel. `Dhi,s
assessment should be corrected to read: Improvsment Value $24,120,
with no change in !and value, and the total value of �3:. 56.
In Code Area 66094, :parcel No. 210-270-003, Valley Community
Services District, is erroneously assessed as taxable. This agency
is a nontaxable taxing agency, and this assessment should be corrected
to appear as Nontaxable, and taxes thereon should be cancelled,
In Code Area 79038, Parcel. No. 114-330-003, assessed. to
Concord Farm. Center Club House, is erroneous due to clerical errors in
computations on property record.. This assessment should be corrected
to read: ;hand $2350, Inprovements $100; fatal assessed. value X2,450.

In Code Area 72002, Parcel No. 15-090-001, assessed to
Enrico Lembi, et al. , has an erroneous entry 'or Personal Property
of $ 330 as such personal property was not located on this parcel,
on tie lien date. This assessment should be corrected to remove
all personal property value, with no change in the Nand or :Lmprove-
ent val.uet making a total value of $190320. Action is being taken
to have entry for this property rade on the unsecured 'roll.
In Code Area 82034, Parcel No. 32-191-033, assessee should
be corrected to read: Unknown owner, c/o will.iam M. and Frannene M.
McCarty, 21.28 Ward Street, Berkeley, Calif. , 94705- There is no
change in value. Corrected statement should be mailed.
In Code Area 82034, Parcel No. 32. 1.91-034, assessee should
be corrected to read; Unknown owner, c/o S. Gladys Waymire,
25 Chelton sane, Oakland, Calif. , 94611. There is no ',change in
value. Corrected statement should be mailed.
