County Building Inspector acting as the "Enforcement Agency" pursuant to the provisioner of Sections 17014 st seq., of Title VIII of the California Admin- istrative Code, having determined that the building located at 2536 Pebble Seach Loop, Iofeyette. California , and more particularly described as Lot 30, as shown on the map antitled "Subdivision 3114, Contra Costa County, C81114-Por iar', filed on October 9, 1963 in the office of the County Recorder of said County In Book 95 of fylapsj at page 33. is unfit for human habitation or occupancy, and is therefore a public nuisance, and said Building Inspector having posted said property with Logo ja Abater mane and having notified they owner (a) of said property that it is unfit for human habitation or occupancy, in the manner provided by law as appears more particularly from the declaration of the Building Inspector on files herein; and WHEREAS, the said building has not been repaired or removers as re- quired by said Notice to Abuts Nuisance; and WHEREAS, said Building Inspector thereafter posted said property with Notic Jr2 ,Ab&&g jgjjAWU0 which Notice specified the time and plaices of the hear- ing before this Board for the owners of said property to show cause why* the building thereon should not be condemned as a public nuisance, and the Build- ing Inspector having notified the owners of said property of said', hearing in the manner provided by law, as appears more particularly from the declaration of the #14 2-65; 400 (Third Notice) Building Inspector on file ,herein; and WREJMs, the matter having come on for hearing by this Board on Tuesday, `,lovembar .Lai. 1967 , at 10 t . Lack of proper plumbing fixtur s in a dwelling unit. Violation of Seetion -l€3' l( a Uniform Housing Code. 2. General Dilapidation and improper maintenance, s,'iol.ation of Section 14-113C1(b)13, Uniform Housing Coda. u. Inadequate foundation. Violation of Section H-1001(c)l.Unifarm Housing Goch. 4. An attractive nuisance which may prove detrimental to children. .11 Violation of Section H-1001(d) Uniform Housing Code. . Faulty Breather protection. Violation Section H-1£301(€02. Uniform Housing Code. #14 2-fry; 400 ('Third Notice) 2 67 /856 BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that said building is unfit for human habita- tion or occupancy and is declared to be a public nuisance and the owners there- of are hereby ordered to abate said nuisance within 30 dabs after a copy of this Resolution along with Notice thereof has been posted to said property. RE IT FURTHal RESOLVED that it is than conclusion of this Board that said building cannot be reconstructed or repaired in a manner so an to comply with the provisions of Article 8 Chapter 9 of Title VIII of the California Administrative Code or the Contra Costa County Ordinance Code and therefore said building cast be rated or removed. T IS FURTHER ORDERED that the notice posted to said property shall specify that if said nuisance is not abated within the time allowed, said., nuisance will be abated by the Building Inspector of this County, and the ex- pense thereof made a lien upon the land upon which said bailding (at) are located.
