WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the District Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 196'L - 196
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and, from
papers in the Assessor t s office what was intended and what should
have been assessed.; and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenge and
Taxation Code, Section 4831, the following defects in description
and/or fora and clerical error of -he Assessor on the roll should
be corrected, and, in accordance with. Section. X31, certain assess--
riex is as shown should be entered on the roll
In Code Area. 2002, Parcel No. 126-350--003, described as
o Monte del. Diablo 3.243 acres, assessed. to East Bay Municipal
Utility District, with anassessed value of Land $17,650, is erron-
eous inasmuch as a portion of the parcel lies in Code Area 79033.
Iris assessment should be cancelled, and the following assessments
should be entered:
In Code Area 2002, Parcel. leo. 126-350-003, described as
Ro Monte del. Diablo .87 acres, assessed to East Bay Municipal Utility
District, with Land.. value $4730; and
In Code Area 79033, Parcel No. 126-3-'50-007, described as
Iso Monte del Diablo 2.373 acres, assessed to East Bay Municipal.
Utility District, with Land value X12,920.

In Code Area 2002, .Parcel. No. 112-240-004, described as
Ro Monte dell Diablo 2.192 acres, assessed. to East Bay Municipal
Utility District, assessed value sand $2740o is erroneous inasmuch, as
a portion of the parcel lies in Code Area 79038. This assessment
should be cancelled, and the following assessments entered:
In, Code Area 2002, Parcel No. 1.1.2-240-007, described as
Bo Monte del Diablo .812 acres, assessed to East Bay Municipal
Utility District, assessed value Land $1010.
In Code Area 79038, Parcel No. 112-21: 0-006, described as
Ro Monte del Diablo 1.38 acres, assessed. to East flay', Municipal
Utility District, assessed value Land $1730.
