The Burd of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT s
Pursuant to the Streets and Highways Gude it declares its inten-
tion to abandon the hereinafter described County Road.
It fixes Tuesday, ibe� 1,- 44 at ltd A,M, {or as continued
in its Chambers, Administration ing, Pine and Main Streets,
Martinez, California, as the time and place for hearing evidence
offered by any interested party as to whether said road Is unneces-
sary for present or prospective public use.
This matter is referred to the Planning Commission for report prior
to the hearing.
The County Clerk shall cause notice of this matter to be published

circulation published J:n s UFURY Off-ch is designated as the
newspaper most likely to give notice to persona interested in said
proposed abandonment, far at least_ two 'successive weeks prior to
said hearing,, and to be pasted conspicuously along the line of said
road at least two weeks prior to the hearing.

North, said point of beginning being the

block are shown on the trap entitled "Man of
Pacheco" recorded in the year of 1869 In >Book E

thence fro-in said point of beginning South 7* 47 '
