R '.a tland Company for construction of traffic signals and channeliza,tion at the
intersection of San Pablo Avenue and Atlas Road, Richmond area., with the Fireman t s
Fund insurance Company as surety for said contractor, for work to be performed on the
grounds of the county at San Pablo Avenue and atlas Riad,, Richmond area; and
WEER&JiS the Public Works Director recommends acceptance of said work.,
which has been inspected and cmpl.ies with the approved plans,, special provisions,
and atandard specifications, and said contractor completed said work on January 19,
1967;
1l- IS RMSOUPED that said work is accepted as completed or, said date,
and the Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a cope of this Resolution and
Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract.
IT 'S FURTHER RES.7LIEF.-D that a twelve (12) day extension of contract
1-lime be granted due t-o delays caused by additional wrk required by contract change
orders.
