as said road is shown on the reap of Anderson Grove, >filed January
22, 1947, in Book 32 of saps, paEe 27 in the office of the County
Recorder described as follows
Be S ming on the southerly Nine of said Diablo Road distant
thereon north 820 30' 52" past (the bearing north 820 30' 52" east
being taken for the purpose of this description) 26.31 feet from the
west line of lot 1 as said lot is shown on said man ';(32 M 27) ; thence
leaving said southerly line as snovn on said map Q M 27) and along
the southerly line of Diablo Court, as relocated. by 'Contra Costa
. County in 1900, north 82" 30' 52 east 1.09 feet and on a tangent
curve to the left with a radius of 100 feet through ars angle of 40'
59' 50" an arc distance of 71.55 feet to the northeasterly line of
said Diablo Court, as shown on said Map (32 TAT 27) ; thence along
said northeasterly line, southeasterly and southerly, on a curve to
the ri ght having a radius of 1.00 feet, the center of which bears
south 340 20' 42" west through an angle of 460 29' 49" an arc distance
of 81. 14 feet to the-northerly line of the public highway named
Taylor Boulevard; thence along said northerly line of Taylor Boulevard
southwesterly along a curve to the right with a radius of 590 feet,
the center of which bears north 310 26 ' 57" west, through an angle
of 50 13' 09" an arc distance of 53-74 feet ,to the westerly line of
said Diablo Court • thence along said westerly line as follows : north
7° 14' 08"" west 16.43 feet and northwesterly along a tangent curve
to the left with a radius of 50 feet an arc distance of 78.76 feet
to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING AMD RESERVIRG TEERE'.ROM, pursuant to the provisions
of Section 959. 1 of the Streets and Highways Code, the permanent
easement and right at any time, or from time; to time, to construct,
maintain, operate, replace, remove, and renew sanitary sewers and
storm drains and appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across
any street or part thereof proposed to be vacated and to construct,
maintain, operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe,
conduits, cables, wires, poles ard other convenient structures, equip_
ment, and fixtures for the operation of telegraphic and telephone
.lines, for the transportation or distribution of electric energy, and
for the transportation or distribution of water, including access
and the right to keep the property free from inflammable materials..
and wood growth, and otherwise protect the same from all hazards in,
upon and over the portion of Oakland Street to be vacated.
