CONTRA COSTA CUUNTY, STATE O C_LIFORFIA In the Matter of Nixing � Rates for Foster HCT9 RESOLUTION io r 67/661 1 Care„ t 1 WHEREAS Section. 900 of the Welfare and institutions Code of the Mate of California authorizes the Board of Supervisors to estab- lish maximum amounts which the juvenile court may order the count' to pay for the support and maintenance of ,cards or dependent children of the juvenile court or of minor persons concerning; whom a petition has been filed in accordance with the �rovis�on of the Welfarefare a*�d institutions Code; WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors wishes to establish the maximum amounts which the juvenile court mai. order the county to pay for such care; and WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors wishes to establish the maxinru amount authorized for the payment of care of children placed; in foster tsmer ho? es licensed by the Contra Costa County Social Sa rTic Department and by the State Department of Mental.
