The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as x-Micio

Zone 22 , RESOLVES THAT:
On November 22, 1963, the ard of €.€ er44ri:orsentered into

CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
REIMBURSEMENT DATA
Effective Date: November 22, €963
. Reimbursement Period. Ten ( 10) years
Termination Date: November 22, 1973
The proposed subdivisions for which tentative maps had been filed prior
to November 22, 1963 by parties to the Agreement shall be considered as
having paid their acreage fees. All other properties shall be considered
subject to imposition of the payment of $360.00 per acre or prorated
portion thereof as a condition of recording a final map or obtaining a
building permit. Each jurisdiction; Contra Costa County; City of Concord
and City of Walnut Creek shall be responsible for collection of the fees
within its jurisdiction and deposit of the fees in the "Planned local
Drainage Facilities Fund" with the Treasurer of the County of Contra
Costa (Fund No. 8122).
The Berard of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as Ex-Officio governing
Board of Storm Drainage District Zone No. 22 is authorized to determine
the availability of money in such fund for the purpose of making periodic
reimbursements, the time and manner of making them and the proration thereof
between public entities and developers entitled thereto.
The following table lists the name: of the party in the Agreement, the amount
that is reimbursible to each and the percentage that each represents of
the total amount that is reimbursible.

Any monies collected for drainage fees in accordance with the Drainage Fee
Ordinances adopted by the County of Contra Costa, the City of Concord and
the City of Walnut Creek shall be disbursed in accordance with the pro-
portionate percentages due each party as listed in Column (3) of the
"Reimbursement Table".
