HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011967 - 67-414 IIS THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Approval of Subdivision Map ref } Tract 3654., Danville area. � RESOLUTION NO. 67/414 } WHEREAS a map entitled Tract 6 .... ._, property located in the . ea , having been presented to this Board for approvals sa.id map having been certified by the ',proper officials, and being accompanied by: Letter from the Redemption Officer stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in the map, and that the current 1966.1967 tax lien has been paid in full and the estimated 1967.1918 to lien, whish became a, lien on, the first Monday of March, 1967, is CC,; and Letter from the Public Works Director stating that said map is accompanied by deposits and bonds to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as required, by Division 4. Title 8, of the County Ordinance Cade; to wit: Surety band Gond No. B-526435) issued by United Pacific Insurance cmpany -,with Greetxbrook Development Co., a, €eneral Partnerships as P.ri,n.cipal, as follows.- Labor ol1.ows:Labor and Materials in the mount of $W,000 and a,ithful Perfornance in the amount of 114.2,500, and a CC cash. deposit (Auditor's Permit No. 58871 dated June 9. 1967)j and Cash deposits as follows: Lighting fere in the mount of $852 to be credited to County Service ,area. L-453 Inspection fee in the amount of 4,290; and Tax Bond in the amount of $4,600 (Bond No. B-526436) issued by United Pacific :insurance Compa:n,yj guaranteeing payment of estimated 1.967-1.968 tax; Subdivision agreement between giVenbrook Deve1c ent Cn« subdivider and the County of Contra Costa, wherein said sub- divider agrees to complete road and street improvements, etc, , in said subdivision within one year_ from the date of said agreement,* RESOLUTION No. 67A14 Form #23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED' that said bonds and deposits and the amounts thereof be ,and the same are Fe"FeBy BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision agreement be and the same is hereby APPROVED and the Chairman of this Beard is authorized to execute said agreemenM."""'
