certain school districts to draw warrants directly upon the county
treasury and removes most of the present fiscal controls; and

WHEREAS.. the bills require the county .��'....�.�c,:C3ce division to
continue certi�..�...c . costly services for r schoolu.is districts at no charge;
and
KHEREAS ec'too s- districts would continue to receive the
investment services of the county treasurer at no charge; and
WHEREAS this service is ;.pct consistent with the fact that
the count ; would exercise no control; and

NOW,
1. This Board desires the county-school district
relationship to remain u?i ch nged and, therefore,
recommends he deletion of Sections 11 and 12 in

both 3B 13 and .ter 61,
OR

that this be done completely, that Sections 11 and
l2 we emended to permii. ;he seve.rence only =.a'pon
the condition that a sl school districts in
the
county remove all aspects except tax collection,
and be amended further to provide that any school
district may contract, at no less than costs for
services from the county government.
