The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
The County of Contra Costa on October 2.1,- 1966 contracted with
Construction Co Inc. 5502 Colorado 'Drive Concord,
Name and Address of Contractor California
for --AJ Unjili rat i
' *Qn of the intersection of Oak Grove Riad and
Treat Boulevard in the Concord area
with Fidelity and Casualty Com an of New York as surety,
Name of Bonding Company
for work to be performed on the grounds of the County at
Oak Grove Road and Treat Boulevard in the Concord area ;and
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected
and complies with the approved plans, special provisions , and
standard specifications, and recommends its acceptance as complete
as of _ mil l2, 1967 ; a two day extension of contract
time is included due to delay caused by relocation of 'public utilities.
Therefore , said work is accepted as completed on said date, and the
Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution.
