BE IT RESOLVED BY T11L Board of Supervisors of the County of
Contra Costa , California., as follows :
The Engineer of Nork of Assessment District No . 1967-1 ,
Roundhi.11 Estates Unit No . 3 , Contra Costa County, California , without
further authorization of this Board of Supervisors is hereby author-
ized to order changes in the work to be clone in Assessrient. District
No . 1967-1 , Roundhill Estates Unit __Nlo . 3 , Contra CostaCounty, Cali fornix ,
under the following conditions :
To correct clerical and technical errors in the plans ,
To modify the design of the project wherever good
engineering practice indicates that the modification
should be made ;
To adjust the design of the project to utility loca-
tions , soil conditions , and other field conditions
which were unknown or uncertain at the time the plans
were prepared .
110NEVER, the Engineer of ''�'ork shall not be authorized to
approve change orders resulting in the increase in construction costs
aggregating more than the amount of contingencies provided for in
the Ameneted Engineer's Report heretofore approved by this Board of
Su;-servisors .
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Contra Costa. , California,- at a regular meeting thereof,
held on the 28th day of March, 1967 , by the following vote , to wit :
James P. :fenny, Alfred M. Dias, James E. Moriarty,
