RESOLUTION NUMBER 67/215 WEERFAS the District Attorney has suggested that the County of Contra Costa submit for enactment by the 1967 session of the California :tate Legislature certain items of legislation which he believes to be desirable as amendments to existing statutes; and. WHEREAS these items of legislation include : 1. Legislation on immunity from liability for various hospitals providing personnel and facilities for taking blood samples; and 2. Legislation pertaining to punitive action in cases of perjury; an 3. Legislation strengthening the position of counties with respect to control of the use of county highways; and WHEREAS S Uhis Board of Supervisors has carefully con- sidered the legislation suggested by the district attorney and Las determined that said Legislation is in the 'gest interest of the county and the general public; , BE IT BY THE SOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE CO ��::Y� OFCONTRA.CONTRALsi..iia"AA, mu,`-}...
