Field Airport) EM aBIT "A" Portions of the Rancho Monte del Diablo, described as follows: Parcel 1 -- First: .Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Concord Avenue, as said northerly line is described in the Grant of :Easement from the Secretary of War to Contra Costa County, recorded March 7, 1946 in Volume 887 of Official Records, at page 463, at the south- west corner of the parcel of land- described in the Board of Super- visors Resolution Nurnber 324, recorded September 21, 1961, in Volume 3957 of Official Records, at page 591, in the office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa County; thence from said point of beginning, along said northerly line of Concord Avenue as follows; south 62 23' 00" west (the bearing south 620 23' 00" west being taken for the purpose of this description), 1443.86 `feet and, west- erly along a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 977.90 feet, through a central angle of 110 57' 20" an are distance of 204-05 feet to a point of cusp; thence, leaving said northerly line, north 62a 57' 29" east, 120.99 feet; thence north 620 23' 00" east, 1661,10 feet to a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 203.00 feet; thence, northerly along said curve through a central angle of 9030 00' 00", an are distance of 31.42 feet to a point of cusp on the southwesterly boundary of the parcel of land described in said Resolution No. 324 (3957 OR 591), said boundary being the southwesterly line of the County Road known as John.
