Portion of Lot 127, as designated on the map entitled, "Map
of the San Pablo Rancho, Accompanying and Forming a Part of the
Final Report of the Referees in Partition", which map was filed
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Contra Costa.,
State of California, on Manch 1, 1894, described as follows :
Beginning on the westerly line of the County Read known as
,Appian Way at the most easterly corner of the parcel of land
