WHEREAS a map entitled Tract 36,,92 , property located
in they Moraga. area. , having been presented to this .Board
for approva , saidmap hav ng been certified by the ',proper officials,
and being .accompanied by:
Letter from the Redemption Officer stating that there
are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property
included in the map, and that the current 1966-1967 °fax lien
has been paid in full, and the 1967-1968 tax lien, which
become a, lien on the first Monday of March, 1967, is estimated
to be $lo4,001 and
Letter from the Public Works Director stating that said
map is accompanied by deposits and bonds to guarantee the
completion of road and street improvements as required by
Division 4, Title 8, of the County Ordinances Code*
Surety bondi issued by Hartford Accident and 1mdemni.ty.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said bonds and,
deposits and the amounts thereof be and the same are;'

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision agreement
be and the same is hereby APPROVED and the Chairman of this
Board is authorized to execute said agreement .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said map be and the same is
hereby APPROVED and this Board does not accept on behalf of the
public any of the straets, roads, avenues, or easements shown thereon
a:s dedicated to public use,.
