The Board. of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:

furnishing therein the above-named services, and fixed 10 A.M. on

Government Code Sees . 25210.82, 25210.16, and 6061, as appears by
af.1'idavit of publication on file with the Clerk of this Boards at
which time and place any protests made were passed upon by this Board .
This Board now Finds and Determines that all of the services
described in said Resolution of Intention to Annex are extended count,
services; and this Beard hereby Orders the said territory to be
annexed to said County Service Area, for the provisiontherein of the
said services .
