The Board. of Supervisors of Contra. Costa County RESOLVES ES I`E.T:
The Count of Contra Costa. on August 3, 1966 COntracted with Oliver Be Silva,
!no., 2333 Eden Road, Say! Leandro„ California, with Fireman's and Insurance
Company as surety, for work to be performed on the grounds of the Caul.wy at
Stone Valley Road;
The "iknjic +°ii`.rks Director reports tilat said work has been inspected c3.n'�,�t' complies
with the approved plank, special provisions, and standard specifications, and
recommends
its acceptance as complete as of February 8, 1.967;
THEREFORE said mars is accepted as completed on said date, and the Clerk shall
file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice
of Completion for said contract.
On the recommendation of the Public ;Forks Director, for the purposes of this
project only, the Board AUTHORIZES a change in the wording of said contract to
:mead "working daysO rather than Ocalendar day's/ and APPROVES a total. contract,
Li e, including therein extensions granted, of WC working nays.
Said contractor, Oliver De Silva, .Inc., is assessed liquidated damages for 2
days for which he is liable under the terms of the contract.

acceptance duly adopted and, entered on the minutes of this Board's meeting on
