The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa,, State of California, do ordain as follows: SECTION I: Section 6 of Ordinance No. 491 of the County of Contra Costa is hereby amended to read as follows. By changing the words "County Health Officer 41n to read "County Health Officer 430. This,. ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the 27th day of October 1949, and before the ex piration of fifteen (15) days after the date of its passage, the same shall be published with the names of members voting for and against the same in "Contra Ccs to Gazette" a newspaper printed and published in the County of Contra Costa, State of California.
