There is 9 also caused to have been developed in Contra. Costa County as a 0 10 result thereof numerous record of survey raps developed and 11 recorded, and it appears that there will be a continued recording 12 of record of survey maps for the unincorporated territory of the 13 Count` of Contra. Costa.. The recording of this type of maps is 14 greatly increase. within the past few years and this has caused 15 a ;r ea t amount of sub-standard houses on lands so recorded. 16 NOW, "-' the board declares that an emergency 17 exists requiring the immediate control of building in all res 18 dent,ial subdivisions and in territory covered by record of survey 19 maps whether or not they are or have been included in the Yaster 20 Plan Zoning Ordinance ?1o. 382 of she County of Contra Costa, and. 21 the board further declares that this ordinance shall become 22 effective immediately upon its adoption. 23 SECTION III.
