The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, do ordain as follows: Section 4, . . . Subdivision F, of Ordinance No. 382 of the County of Contra Costa, is hereby amended by adding a para- graph to Subsection 6, of Subdivision F, said paragraph to read as follows: Land use permits for the special uses enumerated in Subsection. 1 of this Subdivision and for the use of any permanent structure for the sale of horticultural pro- ducts raised on any taxable unit and to modify the pro- visions contained in Subsections 3, 40 5 and 6 of this Subdivision may be granted after application therefor in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. This ordinance shall take effect, and be in force from and after the 26day of June, 1947, and before the expiration of fifteen (15 ) days after the date of its passage, the same shall be published with the naves of members voting for and against the same in the ►B " 1flC3 ' , a newspaper printed and published in the County of Contra Costa, State of California.
