Honorable Board of Supervisors,
Contra Costa County,

In re: Establishment of Interim
Zoning Ordinance for Portion of
Concord Grammar School District -
Supervisorial District #13.
Gentlemen.-
Your
entlemen;Your Board having; rereferred to us on March
19th the matter of zoning a portion of the Concord
Grammar School District as :mentioned in the former
petition and described in Exhibit `IA" of that peti-
tion., which was recently filed with your Board, the
Commission has given reconsideration of the matter.
At their regular meetinY of Friday, ];arch 30th,
after sound deliberation, the Commission reco.rrnends
that the entire area specified in Exhibit "A" of the
petition be zoned for residential-agricultural pur-
poses, recognizing that the ordinance specifically
states that under the provision for use permits
froon time to time other uses may be granted provided
such uses are not in general conflict with the .future
land use roaster pa.n of the county.
Respectfully submitted,
Thomas G. Heaton,
] lanning ',Technician and
aGH/LP Executive Secretary.
