The Board of Supervisors of the County of Centra. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall tale effect and be in force from and after the 6th day of April, 1945, and before the ,expiration of fifteen days after the date of its passage the same shall be pub- lished with the names of the members voting for and against the same in the Contra Costa Standard, a newspaper printed and pub- lisped in the County of Contra Costa .
