AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 329 OF TER COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA REGULATING THE PARKING UPON THE STATE 'HIGR TA"Y' IN THE TOWN OF OAKLEY, AN UNINCORPORATED PORTION OF THE CITY OF CONTRA. COSTA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. r THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA., DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS SECTION- lo. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 329 of the County of Contra Costa, is hereby amended to read as follows "Section l: The south side of the State Highway, or Main Street in Oakley, Contra Costa County, California; beginning at a point 1?5 feet east of the point of inter- section of the south line of Main Street with the east line of First Street, thence east and southeasterly along the southerly line of Main Street and the State Highway to the west line of Second Street ; is hereby designated as a load- Ing zone for vehicles and it shall be unlawful for any person to park or stand any vehicle in said zone between they hours of Eight A.M. and Sia P.M. of every dap except Sundays , except for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers or freight, and in such ease for the period of twenty (20) minutes only." This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from or after the dap of February, 1945 and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after the date of its passage, the same shall be published with the names of the members voting for and against the same in the newspaper printed and published in the County of Contra Costa.
