AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PAp=G ON a OUNTy HIGH-
WAY C-32, IN THE COUNTY OF CONT COSTA.
The Hoard of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa
do ordain as fellows.
SECTION 1: It shall be unlawful for the operator of any
vehicle to park the same, or to stop the same for any purpose, be-
tween To parking" signs located on the west side of County Highway
0-32, from the northeast corner of the .main office building of the
Associated Cil Company and extending in a general southerly direo-
tion along said highwa7 for a distance of one hundred and fifty
(150) feet,
SECTION 2: Any person violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction.,
shell be punished by a fine of not exceeding Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than five (5)
days; for the second offense within the period of rine yearts time,
by a fine not to exceed one Hundred Dollars ($100.00) . or by imprison-
ment in the County X'ail for not more than ten, (10) days, or both;
for the third offense committed within one year, by a fine not to
exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500,00) . or by imprisonment for a
period of not to exceed six (d) months in the County Zail, or by
both such fine and imprisonment.

ION 3 This ordinance shall take effect thirty (34)
days after the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of
fifteen (15) days from the passage hereof, shall.: be published for
