It shall be unlawful for any person to leave or cause or permit to be left, any outdoor or open fire unattended by an;r adult person in the Yount Diablo Fire Protection District of'` the County o Contra Costa, State of California. Before leaving any such fire , such person or persons in charge of such fire shall thoroughly extinguish sane by completely covering it with dirt, saturating it with water, or otherwise treating it in. such ,manner to prevent rekindling of such fire. �;C 4. It shall be unlawful for any person, f'irn, copartnership , corporation or association to place or r-iaintain, or to cause or permit to be placed or maintained, any obstruction, whether permanent or movable, before or upon any fixe escape, exit, foyer, aisle, passageway, corridor, or any other means of egress from any theatre , church., hospital, auditorium, meeting; hall, or other place used for public assemblage, while open to the public , in the ount Diablo �'ir�: Protect- ion District of the County of Contra Costa, State of California. NTo persons shall be allowed to stand in the aisles or passage- ways, during; any tire such a building , or place, is being used for public assemblage. It shall be unlawful for any person, fire, copartnership, corporation, or association to accumulate, or to cause or permit the accumulation of rubbish, rags, paper or other inflamable refuse in any theatre , church , hospital, auditorium., meeting hall, or other place used for public assemblage in the 11ount Diablo Fire Protection District of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, in such manner as to constitute a fire menace. NCTIC T 6. It shell be unlawful for any person to disobey the lawful orders of any public officer or Fireman in the immediate vicinity of the burning of brush, stumps, logs , fallen timber, fallavis slash, grass, grain, brush car force: covered land, or any ether inflar?able material in the Lount Diablo Fire ProtectionDistrict of the County of Contra Costa, estate of California, or offer any resistance to or inter,- fere with the lawful efforts of any public officer , fireman, or company of firemen, to extinguish the same, or engage in any disorderly conduct calculated to prevent the same from being extinguished, or forbid, pre- vent or dissuade others from assisting to extinguish the same. 130 IOTT 7. It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, drive , or propel any vehicle or conveyance upon, over, or across any fire hose or chemical hose used by or in charge of any fireman or company of firemen in the Lount Diablo Dire Protection District of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, or to injure or damage in any manner any such hose or fire apparatus of any kind. SE MOIT 8. It shah be unlawful, for any person to pari: any vehicle upon any street or highway within three hundred (300) feet of any burning building, or other burning; structure, in the Hount Diablo Fire Protect- ion District of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, pro- vided , however, that this section shall not apply to vehicles of police officers, fireman or an-if owner, tenant or other occupant of such build- ing, or structure, or any authorized agents of such owner, tenant or other occupant. SSC 0111 IP Any person violating; any of the provisions of this ordinana shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollaa- ($500.00) , or by imprison- ment not exceeding sit: months, or by both such fine and irrisanent. every separate act or transaction in violation of this ordinance shall be deemed a separate offense.
