Y Any person, violatilig,a;.y of: ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING UPON YARSN CREEK ROAD, A PUBLIC HIGHWAY OF THE COUNTY OF CONTRA CG STA., ST O --CALIFORNIA O `sI OF INGORPORATED CYTIM The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County do ordain as fol- lows: SECTION I. It shall be unlawful for any person to park any ve- hicle for a longer period than fifteen ( 15) minutes between "leo park- ing" signs on the northside of the Marsh Creek road, for a space of Two hundred (200) feet opposite the entrance to the harsh Creek Springs Park, or to park any vehicle east or west of said signs, or east of the ttNo parkingtt sign at the entrance of said Marsh Creek springs park, on the south side of marsh Creek road* SECTION II. "PARK" • The term. "park" , as used in this Ordinance , shall mean to stand a vehicle or allow the same to stand for a period longer than actually necessary for the loading or unloading of pas- sengers or materials. SECTION III. PENALTY. Any person violating; any of the terms of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding Fifty Dollars ($50,00) , or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than five (5) days; for the second offense within the period of one year t s time , by a fine not to exceed one hundred Dollars ( $100900) , or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than ten ( 10) days, or both; for the third offense committed within one year, by a fine not to exceed Five hundred Dollars ($500.00) , or by imprisonment for a period of not to exceed six (6) months in the County Jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTIO? IV.
