TIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF* ar�w w�rwwww�.www,�wwww�.�.r.www The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, do ordain as followsa. SECTION I. TURNING AROUND 30 AS TO PROCEED IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION. It is hereby declared unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to tura such vehicle in a half-circle so as to proceed in the opposite direction at any place within four hundred feet easterly from, the eastern face of the portal building Located at the eastern end of the tunnel constructed by Joint Highway District No. 13 of the State of California, being on the California State Highway Route 75, in said Contra Costa County, California. SECTION II. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall , upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to__,ezc4wd Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) , or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not to exceed six (6 ) months , or by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION III, This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the day of May, 1938, and within fifteen (15) days after its adoption shall be published with the names of the members voting for and against the same for one week in the CROCKETT SIGNAL a newspaper printed and published in the said County of Contra Costa.
