For the purpose of this ordinance the term f "regularly established place of business" is hereby defined to be 8 and shall include the place where any person, firm., association i 7 n or c orP orat ion conducts an establishment having a permanent ad- R 8 dress regularly open for business as a hay, grain, feed, seed, 9 and/or straw, or fruit and/or vegetable dealer, and/or dealer in 10 groceries of any kind, meats, f ish, eggs., gasoline, oils, auto- 11 mobile accessories, dry goods, furnishings, ready to wear, clothing, 12 boots or shoes, crockery, glass ware, tin ware, hardware, paint 13 and./or sporting goods, or other articles in this ordinance herein 14 above mentioned from day to day during ordinary business hours! 18 with at least one person on duty during such hours for the bona 18 fide perp ose of and whose: principal rin.cip al duties are, the transaction 17 of said business. 18 SECTION 14. Every person, firm, association or. corporim 13 ation violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be 14 deemedguilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction the.reof shall 15 be punished by a fine of not more than $500,.,00 or by imprisonment 16 in, the County `ail. for a period of not more than six months, or 17 by both such fine and imprisonment* Each day or fraction thereof. 18 any person, firm, association, or corporation shall be engaged in 19 such business without a license shall be considered as a separate 20 and distinct offense* 21 SECTION 17.
