SECTION V Any person violating, or assisting in violating, any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon convict ion thereof, be pun- ished by a fine in a sum not to exceed Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. It is further provided, that each and every day such violations continues, or ex- ists, shall constitute a new and separate offense. SECTION VI. Ordinance No. 211 of the County of Contra Costa, heretofore passed and adopted on the 25th, day of July, 19329 by the Board of Supervisors of said county, and any other ordinances heretofore passed and adopted inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this ordinance, is and are hereby repealed. SECTION VII.
