This ordinance is hereby declared to be an urgency measure and shall take effect and shall be in full force immediately upon its adoption and within fifteen (15) days after said adoption shall be published with the names of the members voting for and aga ins t the same for one (1 ) week in the , I a newspaper of general circulation printed and 411 ed in said County. The conditions constituting such urgency are as follows to.-wit Certain uses of land, buildings and structures would, if established and conducted within any Interim. Land Use District established by this ordinance , be a menace to the public health, safety and general welfare, 3. Said Board of Supervisors hereby finds that various persons intend to erect buildings or structures and to use the same and to use land for such purposes , and will do so unless restrained therefrom. The immediate operation of this ordinance is therefore necessary in order to protect the public health, safety and general welfare.
