Section ll. After the payment of the penalties and charges and ,fines, hereinafter in this ordinance provided, the overplus of such sale, if any, shall be paid to the owner of +said animal so impounded, under the provisions of this Ordinauoe, upon request, if he, said canner, shall apply for the same within one month from the time of said sale, otherwise said overplue shrill be plaeod. Section 14, The Poundkeeper shall oily cause all animals impounded to be provided with sufficient food and drink suitable for such animl.e, and qpOn neglect so to da, shall be liable to the owner thereof for all damages arising from sues neglect. Section 15. It eaaq person fail or neglect to bury any dead animal as provided for in this Ordinanoe, then in such ease it shall be the duty of the Poundkeeper to proceed forthwith, to bury the dame; and it shall be lam for the Poundkoeper to charge to and recover from the ovnesr or possessor of such dead animal the fees last hereinbefore provided for.
