The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costs do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, not a passenger or
employe of or thereunto authorized by the corporation, firm or person
operating any railroad car, locomotive or train within the County of
Contra Costas to enter or attempt to enter into or upon such railroad
oar, locomotive or train*
Section 2* Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanorg and upon conviction thereof
shall be punished by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars , and in case
the f ine be not paid , shall be imprisoned until the f ine be duly
satisfied in the proportion of one days imprisonment for every one
dollar of the fine imposed*
Section 3* This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its
passage and the Clerk is hereby ordered to publish the same as requirw
ed by law for at least one %eek before the expiration of said fifteen
days .
The foregoing Ordinance, containing three sectionsp was adopted
by the Board of supe"'upervisors of the County of Contra Costaq Ji tate of
California 9 at a regular meeting of said Board on the 2nd day of
April , 1906*

This Ordinance was first considered section by section and each
section adopted separatelyl and afterwards the Ordinance was adopted
as a whole , Sections one , two and three of this Ordianonoe and this
Ordinance as a whole was adopted by unanimous vote of Supervisors*
