quarantine laws in the County of Contra Cost&, State of California
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, State of
California do ordain as follows, to grit:
Every person in the Countyof Centra Costa, State of Cali.w
fornia whb wil"lilly violates any of the laws of this State or
the rules and regulations of the State Board of Health of the
Mate of California or of the Board of Health of the County of
Contra Costa, State of California, or Health. Officer of the County
of Contra Costa, State o.f California, relating to the preservation
in. said County
of the public healt]�hall he guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
oonviotion thereof, shall be punishable lor a fine not exceeding
the sura of ��/9 dollars or be imprisoiied in the County Jail
not exceediag Z-4- • months,
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full farce on
and after the Sth day of November 1901.
This Ordinance shall be published for two weeks in the
County Paper,.
Passed by the Board of Supervisors this 21st day of October,
