Tie drainage plan and rap entitled "Drainage � Area 108, Fj�ndary flap and Regional Dminige Plan", dated June, 1990, on•file with the Cf.e.rk of the Board of G.4-oavlsors, Is adopted as the drainage plan for the Contra costa County Flood uxhtrol and Water Conservation District Drainage Area 108 r:rsnant to scoticc>s 12.2 ¢n1 7.2.3 of the Contra Costa County Float control and `Dater Conservation DisLrf_ct Act (Chapter 61 of West's Appendix to the Water Code) .
