The I}:,aid of Supervisors of Wntra co3ta Dxhnty as the governing body of the
Contra Ccsti County Flood Control and wator conservation District does ordain as
[011 Laws:
SEC1'ICV I. DRAINAGE pLAIJ. Tie drainage plan and rap entitled "Drainage �
Area 108, Fj�ndary flap and Regional Dminige Plan", dated June, 1990, on•file
with the Cf.e.rk of the Board of G.4-oavlsors, Is adopted as the drainage plan for
the Contra costa County Flood uxhtrol and Water Conservation District Drainage
Area 108 r:rsnant to scoticc>s 12.2 ¢n1 7.2.3 of the Contra Costa County Float
control and `Dater Conservation DisLrf_ct Act (Chapter 61 of West's Appendix to the
Water Code) .
SEC111G21 II. FINDINGS. Thins I�))ard finds and determines that said drainage
area has in%.Aaquate drainage facilitie9; that future subdivision and developme,it.
of property within said drainage arra will have a significant adverse impact on
existing aril future developments; that development of property within the
drainage area, with its resultant tic ease in impervious surfaces, will require
the eonstnrction of facilities dasr_ribed in the drainage plan; that the fees

inpervioas f7urface basis and fairly apportioned within said drainage area on the

SEMCYl III. EXEMPTI TS. 'SFS fee shall not be required for the
